Menú
Introduced to the region by the Mozarabs, who left Africa and crossed Al-Andalus until they reached Castile, where they settled. In their ‘luggage’ was the Verdejo Blanco, a grapevine brought from faraway Algaida.
Prostrate growth, a somewhat irregular orbicular leaf with a glabrous underside with pronounced, dark green nerves. Small clusters with thick skin that provide the white musts with a high overall concentration of extracts.
